This is a private computer network. ALL unauthorised access is strictly prohibited. It is an offence under The Computer Misuse Act 1990 to gain unauthorised access to a computer system. You must only use your own login name and password to access Group Company systems that you have been given authority to use. Do not disclose your password to anyone. You must not access, or attempt to gain access to any Group Company system using someone elses login credentials. You are not permitted to copy/transfer information on or off the network or access third party information using Group Company facilities without the data being verified by the Group IT department as being virus free (Emails are automatically checked by IT), and only then with the permission of the Group Company. Failure to comply with the above may result in disciplinary action.
